• Joanna spent her time in hotels mastering the art of the perfect match. She was the one clients turned to for confidence, solutions, and a dose of reality, always      aligning a venue with a client's brand and big dreams.
• Brett's 30-year career with global hospitality giants was inspired by his father’s simple-but-true advice: "Everyone's got to eat." That truth fuelled his quest to master sales and client experience, with the crucial realisation that everyone has to meet, too. He views every detail with a forensic, hospitality veteran's eye.
